Atlanta Carpet Services offers every type
of floorcovering for all purposes from low cost installed packages to high end decorator retail sales and cash & carry warehouse specials.
 With cost control in mind and geared specifically the single family
rentals, apartments, rehabs, and re-sales ACS offers several low cost installed packages.
Additionally we have a fully sampled showroom geared to the resale
& construction trade. We also have hundreds of upgrade samples suitable for homeowner selections. Beyond the basic & upgrade installed packages we have samples up to and including
the very best carpet grades available today.
Stocking inventory: ACS regularly stocks seven colors of first quality, FHA certified, 25 ounce,
100% nylon, base-grade saxony styles, 5 mid quality berber styles and several commercial "glue down" carpets. We also have 10 vinyl flooring patterns our running line along with several
occasional patterns as temporary stock. We have regular warehouse specials, short rolls at reduced prices, remnants, and some seconds inventory ( when cost , not quality is the objective)
We also stock 4 of the most commonly used carpet padding products as well as having access to every specialty pad commercially available.

Installed packages
Our price leader product for rehabs & resales is called the "Starter Package". It is designed for
tight budgets or inexpensive scheduled maintenance replacements with cost control in mind. This package is perfect low cost solution for single family rental homes The starter package is suitable
for new construction starter homes, apartments, bonus rooms, garage conversions, and real estate re-sale replacements. The complete installed starter package is priced at $11.50 per SY (

The Starter package consists of first quality FHA certified 25 ounce (face weight) nylon carpet,
½ inch 4 pound density rebond pad and vacant installation. The complete installed starter package is priced at $11.50 per SY ( $1.27 per square foot ). For occupied applications add $1.25
per SY. (13 SF) Tack strip is required for all stretched in installations. Existing tack strip can be reused. If ACS installs tack strip the additional labor cost is .40 Per SY, (.04 SF)

We stock 7 colors of base grade carpet for the starter package. We also have 60 special order
colors that are available on a two-day special order basis.
Upgrade Level 1 - The next level, "upgrade level 1" installed package offers a wider range of
available styles. The face weight starts at 25 ounce in a filament yarn for a smoother finish and goes up through some 30 ounce products in various styles. It can also include heavier carpets in
polyester fiber. The complete installed starter package is priced between $13.75 and $15.00 per SY ($1.27 to 1.66 per square foot ).
This package is more flexible in the actual quality of carpet included for the price. The quality
range starts at 25 ounce (face weight) first quality100% nylon in a continuous filament fiber and tops out around 30 ounce. Some heavier weights are available at the same price in a polyester
fiber (for more apparent value - but widely considered to be less in overall performance quality – more info ). The standard pad for this level and others above is the 7/16 inch 6 pound density
rebond pad. This package with vacant installation is priced between $13.75 and $15.00 per SY ($1.27 to 1.66 per square foot ). Tack strip is required for all stretched in installations. Existing
tack strip can be reused. If ACS installs tack strip the additional labor cost is .40 Per SY, (.04 SF)

grade berber styles. It can also include heavier carpets in polyester fiber. The complete installed level 2 upgrade package is priced from $16.00 per SY and tops out around 18.00 per SY ($1.88 to
